The best beaches in Malta, Gozo and Comino
Malta's best beaches are a mix of wide sandy bays in the north-west, clear rocky coves in the south and east, and quieter spots on Gozo and Comino. Which one is best on a given day depends mostly on the wind: a north-westerly makes Golden Bay rough while Mellieħa Bay and the east coast stay calm.
This is our shortlist, with each beach's sea conditions right now. Tap a beach for parking, buses, facilities and the full forecast.
