Mistra Bay

Mistra Bay is a pebbled beach found between Xemxija and Selmun. The area is surrounded by beautiful scenery and, except for a restaurant and some caravans, the area is pretty unspoilt with development.

The water here is generally calm thanks to the sheltered inlet it finds itself in. While it is popular in summer for swimming, trekking enthusiasts come here in winter for a nice walk leading to Selmun and Imgiebaħ. For those needing to feed on their crave for history, a military battery built by the knights sits right on top of the bay.
