Not too shabby!
St. Thomas Bay in the southern tip of the Maltese islands, is ten-minutes walk from the town of Marsascala. The town itself is popular with locals and tourists alike. The bay has shallow waters making it suitable for all the family. Part of it is sand, another part is rocks, and it sits in an area that is not severely developed.
A couple of restaurants are nearby so food and beverage are always close. Sea is generally calm and access to the beach by car is very easy.
